Services and Fees

M+ Pilates offers private, duet, trio, and group sessions, all with an exceptionally high instructor-to-student ratio.

Initially we require an hour-long consultation to design an individualized program with the M+ METHOD℠ of Postural/Gestural Analysis and Regenerative Balance for the new client and at least five private sessions for beginners to learn the basic concepts of the M+ METHOD℠. Experienced clients are invited to continue with private, duet, trio, join group classes, or participate in both.

M+ PILATES POLICIES



Appointments
Appointments are recommended and can be made online (for group classes only) or by phone, and we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.

Consultations are required before starting the M+ PILATES program.

To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of the booking.

All sessions are 55 minutes.

Cancellations
We request that you notify us of cancellations 24 hours prior to your class reservation or massage appointment. Consultations require seven days cancellation notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file. Unpaid classes will be charged to your credit card at the single class rate by 9 p.m. on the day you took class. No exceptions.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certicates are available online at mindbodyonline.com and at our M+ PILATES location. Please inquire at the front desk for guidance in selecting the ideal gift.

M+ PILATES accepts cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

Pricing/Refunds
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Classes and teachers are subject to change. Packages are non-refundable. All series expire 90 days from purchase. Series extensions are not granted for vacation, travel, work, or other personal events except for medical reasons with documentation.

Far Infrared Therapy
Sauna needs to be pre-heated at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. Sessions are scheduled in 5-minute increments. Must bring a towel to sit on.
