"Melanee McCutcheon is a first-rate Pilates instructor, somatic educator, and friend. Eighteen months ago, I limped into Melanee's Regenerative Center in great pain and with scant hope that my rapidly deteriorating hip would ever be sound again. It was with no little trepidation that I put myself in her care as it had been a Pilates instructor who exacerbated my injuries from a traumatic car crash. As Melanee has suffered numerous and significant injuries of her own, she is truly sympathetic and patient with the pain of others. So attuned to her client's limitations is she that Melanee can re-shape and strengthen the body while never approaching the point of injury or pain. Always ready with the encouraging word, Melanee never loses sight of the goal, even if her clients do.

It is perhaps not so difficult to teach technique, but intelligence and instinct cannnot be taught and Melanee has both qualities in abundance. She has the unique gift to make her sessions fun while maintaining pinpoint focus on the requirements of each client. Even as she makes her classes entertaining, she is observing and crafting every movement to the individual's needs. She never gets "fixed" onto a diagnosis or even a course of action. Her flexibility and willingness to adapt are great attributes that put her far ahead of most health care professionals.

The Center is decorated to be functional while being tranquil and inviting. With the addition of her husband Neil McCutcheon, also and accomplished Pilates instructor, the atmosphere is at once welcoming, yet professional.
